1. What type of computers can I use this mouse with?
The mousecan be used with an IBM PC or MAC with either a USB or PS/2 port.

2. Is installation difficult?
No,WOW’s simple “plug and play” installation procedure is easy for anyone to follow.

3. The mouse does not respond well on the mouse pad.
Because the Wow-Pen is an optical mouse, it will not work optimally on glass or a black pad. Please use another mouse pad or work surface. You may also improve the mouse’s performance by wiping any dust or other obstructions from the bottom of the mouse.  The WOW-PEN is a great fit for regular PC users, gamers or graphic designers.

4. The LED light does not come on after installation is complete.
Check theoperating system on your computer.   For versions of Windows later than ME, you may simply have to reboot your computer to complete installation. For Windows 98 you may have to install a USB drive. Download the drive from the MS home page, and attempt installation again.

5. The buttons look oddly placed compared to a traditional mouse.

The Wow-Pen incorporates a totally new ergonomic design to move the mouse more efficiently and reduce stress on the user’s fingers and wrist from extended computer use.

6. The Wow-Pen seems more awkward to use than a traditional mouse.

The Wow-Pen may seem awkward to use at first because computer users are accustomed to the stressful position of traditional mice.  Grasp the Wow-Pen as you would a pencil or pen. (See model photo on the package.)
You’ll find the Wow-Pen will feel very natural after about a day’s use.
